2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350 IIHS Crash Test Home

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has just released its safety evaluation for the 2014 Mercedes-Benz M-Class, and the results are “Good”, meaning all its crashworthiness ratings were marked “Good”, which is the highest rating the IIHS awards vehicles. It’s time for Mercedes-Benz brass to crack open a bottle of Dom Pérignon because this is the first Mercedes-Benz product to be named an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+.

According to the IIHS, “Mercedes reinforced the SUV’s door sills to improve occupant protection in small overlap front crashes for models built after August 2013.”
