Since the 2014 S-class launch is already such old news, we thought we’d show you what MBWorld’s spy shooters just caught: The S-class Coupe testing in the wilds of Germany. Granted it’s clad in camo-jammies, but this is the CL replacement out and about. It’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on under the masking, but it appears that the front fascia will become slightly more aggressive and the tail lamps become a bit more horizontal to emphasize width. Not surprisingly, we can also see that the S-class Coupe will feature MB’s twin-tapering horizontal bone-lines along the side.
Look for the initial powerplant options to both be twin-turbocharged V8s as in the S550 and S63 AMG. You like?
