Now speaking of Apple’s iWatch, a whole group of manufacturers are turning the rather “plain” watch into something that the rich and ridiculous will want to drop even more money on. According to Goldgenie, an uber exclusive household items maker, they’re going to slowly debut their entire range of iWatch upgrades over the next couple of months. And their first iWatch will cost you a staggering $163,000, or enough money to buy a Mercedes AMG GT.
That seems pretty steep to your average Internet writer, but let me put it up to you all. Would you ever, in a million years, rather have a watch than a car? For $163,000, would it need to be able to transport you anywhere in the world while it gently massaged your wrists? What could possibly make you buy a watch that was the price of a Mercedes AMG GT?
