E63 AMGs Spotted in the Streets of Barcelona

E63 AMGs Spotted in the Streets of Barcelona

As you’ll see in gallery, Barcelona played host recently not to a sporting event but to a couple of brawny Germans, specifically a pair of strapping E63 AMG S-Models. In a game of one-upmanship, Mercedes released the S-Models to silence would-be challengers to the “normal” AMG cars. As if a 560 horsepower E-class sedan would be too boring. Nevertheless, the E63 AMG S-Model boasts of 585 horsepower, so the benchmark that is (was?) the M5 really has its work cut out for it.

E63 AMG S-Models Take to the Track

E63 AMG S-Models Take to the Track

That the latest E63 AMG is a superlative car is already a given, having 560 on tap in a “family” sedan. German car enthusiasts know that Mercedes is pitting this car squarely against Audi and BMW. Many may disagree, but the latest iteration of AMG’s mid-size hammer is the best looking of the current super sedans. As Good as All-New: Mercedes E-Class Facelift

As Good as All-New: Mercedes E-Class Facelift

While interior changes and engine updates for the Mercedes E-class remain a secret at present (of there will be any), it’s clearly visible that modifications to the exterior will be quite radical: Out goes the last remnant of the four-eyed front. New, will be headlights that mimic those of the next-generation C-class. A massively modified […] More »
