Opt for the Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG S 4MATIC over the E63 AMG S 4MATIC and you’ll lose 2 inches of headroom in the back seat … you’ll also lose $6,730 … depending on who you are, that can be a bad night in Vegas, or a bad night in a back seat anywhere in the world.

Size and cost are about the only major differences between the E63 AMG S and the CLS63 AMG S. Both cars sprint to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds (the same as the SRT Viper), and will blast through the quarter-mile in 11.7 seconds at 122.7 mph, which is on par with the SLS AMG.
