Deer vs. Mercedes
Sometimes, all you need is German engineering.
A few days ago, one of our forum members, Dogtag114, found himself squarely up against a four-legged friend coming out of the woods. Thankfully, he was not injured, but Rudolph didn’t fare so well.
What did its job was Dogtag114’s Mercedes, which absorbed the hit completely. It looks like the slashed lower part of the bumper and a small dent on the hood was the only damage. That’s German engineering for you. Safe and reliable. Let’s just hope no one else encounters any more of our furry friends any time soon.
Let this be a lesson: be careful out there. Deer are sometimes as populous as people, and they don’t pay attention to street lights. Stay safe.
