I Dare You To Find A More Unique Unimog Than This One

Want to really stand out from the crowd? Then it would be a good idea if you picked up this wildly-customized Unimog. According to a rough translation from the website that has it listed for sale, this Unimog was rescued in 2011 and brought back to life, after being parked over 30 years ago. This car was first on the road in 1961, and then converted into its current state somewhere between 1978 and 1981. And it looks like it escaped from a time capsule.

While the outside looks like your grandmother’s favorite China cabinet, the inside looks like her living room. The interior is beyond words, so you’ll really just have to look at it for yourself.

Mechanically, you’re looking at a 6-cylinder gasoline motor with a whopping output of 58 horsepower. That’s mated to a manual transmission, and all-wheel-drive. It has covered only 64,000 kilometers, but none of that really matters. If you want a throwback from the past, so as to drive down the road in your living room, this is the car for you. Ultimately, if you want the only woody Unimog, you’ll be looking at about 20,000 euros.
