Mansory S63 AMG Coupe Is All Sorts of Terrifying

Tuning house Mansory is widely known for taking already ludicrous supercars and sportscars and dialing up the crazy well past eleven. The company’s cars feature ridiculous bodywork, and more horsepower than logically needed. Due to that penchant for insanity, Mansory is known the world over, giving them access to some of the newest cars on the planet. One of the company’s newest cars is the already comically powered S63 AMG Coupe.

The S63 AMG Coupe starts life with a twin-turbocharged 5.5L V8 that develops 577 horsepower sent to all four wheels. This allows the luxury coupe to sprint to 62 miles per hour in just 3.9 seconds, which is lightning quick for a car that weighs almost the same as a school bus. However, Mansory looked at the S63 AMG Coupe and essentially saw a blank canvas to work with. That’s why the company developed the M1000 package.

As you may already infer by the name, the M1000 package takes the 577 horsepower the big coupe starts with, and they add another 408 horsepower to it to make a total of 985 horsepower. That bump in power also decreases the time it needs to get to 62 miles per hour to just 3.2 seconds. It now tops out at an electronically limited 186 miles per hour.

Recently, one of these amazing machines was caught out in the wild, and it sounds absolutely terrifying. Take a look.
