Mercedes Benz’s Voice Command Is Still Terrible
For some reason or another, the German luxury trio just can’t get voice recognition software to work properly. It doesn’t matter how many years they have to play with it, or which software they use. One thing or another just never seems to work properly between the interface and you when you’re trying to get something done.
It’s not exactly a deal breaker, at least in my opinion. But it has been an on-going problem, for Mercedes specifically, for years and years.
Now the new Mercedes C-Class is out, and it has another voice command system. Will this break the trend? Nope, not a chance. Take a peek at this video from Kelly Blue Book that speaks to the voice commands problems. But don’t worry, KBB found plenty of good things to say too.
