Get Ready: New C63 AMG Coupe Spied
The C63 AMG is a barn storming, twin-turbocharged, four-door valkyrie. The new car is more poised than the previous iteration, looks absolutely beautiful, and still maintains its practicality, even with enough horsepower and torque to restart the earth’s core, if need be.
Yes, the new Mercedes C63 is an amazing piece of engineering by AMG, but something has been missing since the car’s debut a few months ago: principally, a two-door version. Now, we have our first look at the two-door C63 AMG via the spy photographs below, which we’ve obtained from our secret guild of car spies over in Germany.
As you can tell, the sloped roof-line and the proportions of the car look very similar to its much older sibling, the S63 Coupe. That said, the tail, and the rear 3/4’s view is all C63 AMG. This car will be powered by the same 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 that powers the sedan. There are also rumors that Mercedes and AMG are already hard at work at building a Black Series, so stay tuned as more information begins to trickle out of Affalterbach. One thing we do know: this car is going to be an absolute riot.
