Photos of the Week: Thundering Through Tahoe

With all the hustle and bustle of Independence Day coming up, this week’s set of photos takes a turn for the serene. Member “jgardner9000” managed to make his way out to Lake Tahoe for some R&R with his C63 AMG. The trip yielded some calming photos as well.

One thing is for certain, though: the drive out there wasn’t nearly half as calming. When you’re rolling around in a brand-new Silverstone C63 on some of the best roads in the country, we all know things can get a little bit … spirited. It’s a lovely mental image to think of the exhaust howl thundering through the calm of the lake and the mountains. This set of photos doesn’t leave much to be desired, except for more, of course.
