Photos of the Week: A Welcome Matte
Personally, I always thought silver and gold didn’t mix well, but everything changed after I saw “jpintor23’s” C63 AMG. It’s finished with Matte Silver Gray paint from the factory, but there have been some changes since it left Germany. I find it hard to tell whether it’s the flared-out rear arches, or the gold Forgestar F14 wheels that catch my eye first, though it doesn’t matter which catches my eye first because I can’t stop staring.
Forum member “kimeran” has dubbed this the best C63 he’s ever seen, and I can’t help but agree. Looking at this car, I can’t think of what could possibly make it better – I thought that until I read that jpintor23 and GTR Autoparts are building it up to around 700 horsepower. It would appear this C63 just keeps making me second-guess myself.
