Road Rage Leads to Brawl in the Street, Mercedes Thankfully Unharmed
Before the internet, I feel like I didn’t ask “what the hell is wrong with people?” nearly as much. But the video below sure filled the quota for that question today.
Not that this latest case of video-captured road rage comes as any surprise at this point, as we’ve seen enough incidents to know that driving really makes some people very mad. Here’s a pro tip, though: if you’re going to throw the first punch, at least know how to fight.
This Mercedes owner clearly does not, and yet when he winds up chest-to-chest with another dude in the middle of a Boston street, instead of backing down, or apologizing, he swings on the guy and sucker punches him in the cheek, knocking his shades clean off the guy’s head. And then the Merc owner proceeds to get his own sunglasses punched off while getting good and pummeled, to the point where he’s pinned against his own C-Class like Apollo in Rocky IV. Fortunately, he squirms out and get saved by some good Samaritan construction workers before any real damage is done.
Still, the MVP of this video isn’t the clear winner of the duel, as both fighters are total Massholes for A) fighting, and for B) blocking traffic. No, the MVP of the vid has to be our videographer, who doesn’t merely possess a steady hand, but also a penchant for commentary. “Worldstar!”
