Honestly, the roof wasn’t necessarily my number one dream spot to be situated while the Stig thrashes around the Top Gear Test. But lofty dreams as they may, I’ll take what I can get.

Visit Top Gear’s site for a look into a new 360 video interactive experience. The 360 content provided by Visualise and it’s a clever way to allow Top Gear fans a glimpse into what riding shotgun with the Stig would be like.

And for those who really want an awesomely nauseating experience, the ride along is also available for download as an app for the iPad.

As the deep throaty AMG V8 fires up, the Stig takes you into an insane pass through the Top Gear test track in a Mercedes SLS Black. And as you pass through every corner and every turn at absurdly high speeds, you’re also granted the ability to turn the camera for a full 360 view. You know, in case you’ve really wanted to experience every blade of grass zipping by.

Noteworthy: The footage is just of a warmup lap. Holy hell.
