Luck Or Misfortune??
Just won this auction on ebay for $ 50 s/h incl..Here's the description:

Original factory Mercedes benz cassette radio Model#CM1010. Came off a 2002 C-320. I am not sure if this will fit other models.Works great. Upgraded to a navigation system.

Notice that the pic: Does it look like a cd player or cassette to you?...so I decided to buy it for my '03 c240. Could not find a satisfactory description on the item so I took a chance hoping it would be a cd player when it's delivered.
What do y'all think... Did I lucked out on this one or $50 down the drain?

S.O.B. sent me the original factory HU w/c I already have in my car.
She admitted putting the wrong pic...and took my money w/o a refund stating it was an inexpensive sale.What a loser!!! Guess it turned out to be a misfortune.

just claim it with ebay that she said you the wrong item and refuse to replace it

My friend once bought a cd player and was missing some
important wiring. He had a note and signature from a stereo
installer and thus paypal refunded the amount. Even when seller
denied it.
It took a while and you may have to talk to a few idiots, but
just persist. You have the notes of her fault.
