2005 C230SS

WTB: 2005 C230SS Suspension

I am looking to mildly (about an inch) lower my 2003 C230 SS and wanted to buy an OEM suspension from a 2005 and older C230 SS. Let me know if anyone has one they want to get rid of. Thanks.

I do not need a 2003 suspension since I already have one on my car. I need a 2005 or later suspension to lower an inch.

i'd recommend getting a set of lowering springs because the 2005 is not noticeably lower

The 2005 is 1" lower than the 2003's suspension. I know because I compared mine with a loaner I had recently. I am looking for a mild drop that won't sacrifice comfort. I would like to go for a set of H&R Sports, but I am afraid the springs will shorten the life of the factory shocks. I am also not upgrading wheels and will stick with my factory 17s. Do you have any recommendations on a spring set that I can use with my factory shocks that will not shorten their life? Looking for approx 1" - 1.25" drop. Thanks!
