sequence of operation of aux cooling fan
i have a 1986 190e 2.3 the aux cooling fan runs when jumpered to the battery.
what is the sequence of operation of the aux cooling fan. Does it only run when a/c is on

1993 190E 2.6
Im not sure for a 2.3 but for my 2.6 it turns on only when the A/C compressor has been turned on for some time. The other time it will turn on is when the engine is about to over heat. Sometimes it turns on instantly when the A/C is turned on in hot weather such as Las Vegas heat in 120 degrees.
