Turn signal indicator, I assume the corner lights flash so it can be the bulb behind the gauges. In order to pull the gauge cluster out you must disconnect the speedo cable below at the trans or you wil damages the cable ergo no speedo. Pull the bulbs to see if it is blown, take this time to refresh all you bulbs in the cluster.

Low Voltage, check the belt tension adjust if needed, MBZ manual is obtainable as a download from 190rev board. Basically you loosen the 24MM nut 1/4 turn but no more than 1/2 turn. Reset the plastic indicator to left hash mark or other years has numeric values, set it to zero. Use the 13MM adjustment fitment next to the distributor until it passes the scale and reaches the hash mark to the right or 7 or 8 on the markings This should re-tension the belt properly. If this does not do the trick your alternator maybe on it's way out.

Remove and have it bench tested for free at most FLAPS or if you have AAA service they will come out and test your charging system and give you Health read out.
