on the 90's models the tilt was added to allow fresh to be pulled in and escape if you had your windows open..like most sunroof today..if it's stuck open go to your trunk reach in and remove the left hand side plastic..in the top corner there is a plastic nut that you can manually turn to close the sunroof.
the "buzzing" sound could mean the motor is bad and/or it's off the track. |

I have found the nut, but do not know how to turn it, is there a special tool that I need to close the sunnroof?
