Door Moulding Removal???

1989 Mercedes-Benz 190e w201 2.6
Moulding Removal???
I have a 1989 190e 2.6 and I want to remove the exterior mouldings on the lower part of the doors, I'm not sure what exactly they are called, people call them side panels or moldings, someone confirm what they are. And How do I take them off?! I've been looking all over the internet how to take them off but I haven't found one article or pictures on how to rove them. Someone Please show me and explain!!!
