need a complete 1984 2.2 diesel engine
well, what we thought was probably a bad injector or whatever really turned out to be a cylinder problem. When I would release the oil cap On the valve cover there was a lot of pressure and a lot of fumes coming out. So, I guess it is motor time!
So, my question is does anyone out there have a complete 2.2 diesel motor for a 1984 190d? Would like everything to be totally complete such as starter, alternator water pump serpentine belt etc. just so it could be a very uncomplicated drop in. Thanking everyone in advance. Dan

dont know here to get one, but I had my 1984 190D engine replaced with a 1985 190D engine by my most dependable mech here in fairfax, VA and still going strong. good luck
