Serpentine belt troubles

Hello! New member and new owner of a 1991 190E. Purchased it from an estate sale with just under 67,000 miles on it, one owner. It's immaculate! Old owner replaced nearly everything before passing away and left it in the hands of a very OCD son-in-law. The stack of record is outstanding.

Anyway, the record show that the belt, tensioner and shock have all been replaced within the past two years. That being said, the engine started making a squealing noise at various times, most commonly when I am operating electronics in the car (sunroof, windows, etc). Also, I can physically remove the belt by hand with not much effort. Could it be something as simple (cheap) as a quick tighten? Or have those recently replaced parts already gone bad? I am not completely fluent with work on engines but I can make my way around the more basic stuff.

Thanks so much for your help!

loosen 19 mil bolt on front of actual tensioner, and then use tensioner rod to increase tension, be very gentle to not overtighten, these break very easily and are a pain to have to replace. spray a little belt dressing too if it's been sitting for years. Cheers..
