Question Changing Water pump on 190 2.6

Hello All,
Finding a good manual on an 89 190 2.6 has proved to be a daunting task. I've read in numerous places that everything from the intake manifold to the power steering pump and radiator have to come out in order to change a water pump. Anyhow, I was just wondering if someone out there could give me the skinny on how to change out the waterpump on this car. Does the radiator come out? The power steering pump? If so, are there any tricks that I need to know about? The more detail the better.

How in the world can you adjust the serpentine belt from the top or is that even possible. All I can see is the top of the little shock absorber.

Thanks in advance for any assistance in this matter.....
