how old are we CLK owners?
Of course, I pay for it myself. I guess you either have to be born rich or get a good job, right?
So this winter, I have dedicated snows and rims on my CLK. I was eyeing the CLK63s, but of course it can't take 17" wheels so winter use would be limited.
My wife put her foot down: "No, John! You are not going to have a summer convertible AND a winter convertible!" Better start making some mucho bucks now...
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Seriously though, I LOOOOOVE this car!

BTW, while I may have plenty of $ to buy whatever car I want, I have never seen a 37yr old dude in a ferrari that didn't look like a douchebag. Maybe doable in SOCAL or NYC, but round here I'd be emabarrased.
I'll take a '67 stingray convertible w/427 for about the same money
I was a spoiled ******* as a kid also. Parents were rich and at just turning 17, I had a brand new 87' GT. Then they bought me a new 89' Legend, I decked to the nines (wheels, system, kit, etc, etc.), cruised central and tagged *** all night long!!!
I lived at home for free, parents paid the note & I paid the insurance!
Since then I became a man and took over the family contracting business and have doubled the volume of my fathers best years. I even just landed the Yankee Stadium sitework project! So all you spoiled kids, make sure you don't ride your parents too long and lack ambition, because you can get caught with your pants down when you are on your own. I have seen it many times before. That concludes my leson for today! lol
For my 40th, I plan to roll down to Barrett Jackson and by a 65 / 66 Shelby GT350 or 67/68 GT500.

Couldn't agree more. I never had s**t as a kid growing up, but I'm not gonna spoil my kids TOO bad. An '89 legend was the first car I ever bought myself. God I loved that car - 190,000 miles worth and still going strong when I sold it.
today im 30 and have a clk500 which i think i am still too young for it but ive never considered switching to a bmw. wife is nagging me to get her one though but i love our prius.
