Weird sound comes when I brake!

Weird sound comes when I brake!
Okay… every time I’m driving at a normal speed, say 60Km/h then slow down for a turn or something… a weird sound comes. Its like “drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr” very loud. I could feel it from the steering wheel too!
I noticed it comes when the steering wheel is turned left. Once I turn it right, to the center it goes.
The sound is too loud, like a sound of a drill.
Also if my car is at full stop and I turn the wheels to the right or left I hear cracking sound.
Some different cracking sound comes while I’m driving too.
I took my car to the garage a couple of weeks. I had some OTHER cracking sound coming. They couldn’t find whats causing it.
The cracking is getting louder and now it comes more than before.
What do you think guys?

The sound that you described doesn't mean anything since that sound could also be generated by tires rubbing against the fenders or sway bars.
Have a high-performance or aftermarket brake/suspension shop who is familiar with the W203 inspect it for you... don't take it to a mom-and-pop or your standard shops.
Here's a start though...
Check the for loose lugnuts, or...
If you had work done on your calipers or brake pads, it could be that the caliper bolts are loose, which causes the pads and/or the caliper assembly to jitter, or...
If not, then it could be possible your rotors are warped, or...
Perhaps if the struts were removed (lowering/suspension work), then the re-assembly was faulty.

I want to tell the ppl at the garage what u just said to point them out :p
also... do u think I should get the car checked or its okay to drive it right now? I'm short in cash... and I don't think I can fix it now :P

Here is a guess, it is only a guess. A CV joint attaches the axle to the wheel I think. The joint goes and you need to replace the axle sometimes. On my GeoStorm, it was about $250 to replace it. If you car is under warrenty, just take it in. If not, I drove on my for a while, but it will get worse. The risk is that the wheel will lock while you are drving. You'll spin off the road if that happens. Scarey stuff. PM Dave. He knows all.

Except that Mercedes Benz are not equipped with CV (constant velocity) joints in the front. CV joint problems are more popular on front wheel drive cars.
Does the noise/shake/vibration increase with speed? And is it only when steer left??? What wheels do you have?
Look underneath the fronts while your tires are turned and see if anything is rubbing or is showing signs of wear.
It's probably something simple as the front setups on the W203's are simple.
