Turn signal right mirror..
I'm getting this error and, as it says, signal doesn't work (right mirror).. but sometimes it's on (this error), sometimes it's off.. at most about a week this shows up, then it goes away (and the signal lights DOES work).. right now it's ok.. not sure when this will show up again.. service A is due in 20 days.. would this be covered by MB warranty?

Generally speaking, Services A & B are to "check" or "inspect" various components. If any of the component needs repair/replacement, the car owner has to fork over the money for the repair/replacement.

Sounds like a bad connection at the mirror cover plug. Take off cover & clean. If you need a new repeater they are cheap at RMeuropean

See here - easy once you give that tough spring a shove.
LED's either work or they don't. They can't be intermittent. Check connections.

My 2006 had the same problem. I took it back to the dealer on August 24 and they replaced the lamp (1 203-820-16-21) at no cost under warranty.

If there is a dry solder joint in the sealed housing then replacement is the answer

Mine was doing the same thing awhile back, I just took apart the mirror, cleaned it up and made sure the wires where away from the springs and other parts that could pinch off the wires, works perfectly now.

This way also may help... open case and clean the connecting part:
