Are these replicas or genuine cargraphic products?

Are they as you purchased them, or did you modify them?

 

From my knowledge and i what i am led to believe is they are manufactured at the same company as the Car Graphic system and are exactly the same. On the instructions to wire the mufflers valves it had Car Graphic written on it.
The headers will be sold with the original collectors and the new ones i got made for it. It will come with the Car Graphic mid pipes aswell. The mid pipes will need to be modified from my knowledge to fit the factory centre muffler.

You say they come with extra parts, did you cut and weld them and when you take them off the car you are going to have them cut and welded again.

If someone in the USA buys them, do they get the remainder of the warranty?

If they arrive in the USA from half way around the world what happens if the buyer isn't happy, can they return them, and who would pay the freight?

Can you confirm if these are replicas or not, it's important that they are not misrepresented as genuine items if they are not.

I know you have used selected language to try to convey an overall impression that they are "the same" as a genuine item but it's clear they are replicas and you use language like "to your knowledge". I suggest you make a phone call to the importer, and then post the truth.

Your car has the steering wheel on the wrong side, will they fit a car in the USA?

How long will shipping take, what is the approximate shipping cost to say California or Florida, wouldn't shipping be hundreds of dollars from half way around the world?

 

Does powerchip offer warranty on their tunes? These headers come with no warranty they are 2nd hand and are in working order.
No cutting and welding is required with the complete car graphic exhaust system unless being fitted to the factory exhaust.
Product is being purchased with trust inme. I have bought from keith dadsc63 with out any headaches. I will do what ever it takes to gain the trust of the buyer. If the customer isnt hsppy with the product, depending on the reason i will do a full refund. This set up worked on my car, no reason why it shouldnt on any one elses. Im selling it not because im not happy with it but because i (nothing to do with my mechanic or tuner , my mechanic would rather i keep it fitted) would like to try something else. One of my good friends wants to make me custom headers while i am away, i have full trust in him and want to help him out so i have given him my car.
Customer pays for freight at all times. I am not a car graphic dealer, i am a car graphic customer and can vouch for their product 100% as a proven item. Search under my name.
I can not confirm if they are replicas. I have given answers to the best of my knowledge and what i was told and sold.
I believe (from my knowledge and research) it fits both lhd and rhd. Some people with lhd have bought these headers and fitted them with no issues and i am a proven rhd customer that it fits with no issues. Sesrch in the c63 thread.
In regards to shipping, customer can organise their own or i will help find the fastest and cheapest carrier available.

Powerchip, are you interested in my product? Otherwise stay out of it. I know you are cuf from what i said in thd other thread. To be honest, there are only 2 people in australia i would let touch my car, my current tuner or sonny from marranos who uses your product. I trust sonny, not you. It is people like him who expand your business. So instead of attacking me, and trying to be a smart ***, if you are not interested in my headers please stay out of my thread.

You have a replica exhaust that was not sold by cargraphic and has not only no cargraphic warranty, it has no warranty whatsoever

I am really disappointed with your evasive answers to the questions, you won't contact the shop you bought them from to answer if they are replicas, it takes one phone call and instead you use language like a $500 an hour lawyer that lies for a living by saying "not to my knowledge", that's unacceptable language, it's sneaky and misleading and peope can see right through it.

You have not detailed about the modifications you have made since you purchased it, when you send them to the purchaser, exactly what do they get?

As for the shipping costs, we still don't know if they will be $200 or $800 from Australia.

Trust is something that is EARNED over multiple events and over a number of years, you have a modified exhaust with ZERO warranty from half way around the world you have hidden the details about the modifications and don't want to call the shop you bought it from to find out what company sold them to bought it from. It's not that you don't know, it's that you don't want to call the shop because you know they are a replica

You bought a replica exhaust, modified it and then fitted it to the car

This is clearly an attack on the seller because he posted something on another thread, that you didn't like. I have followed a few of your attack threads and know that your postings on this thread is out of malice. No welding is done. I got custom made another collector. Go have a read at what i posted. The car graphic exhaust comes with slip joint fitted collectors, which require NO cutting or welding. I got custom made collectors to increase the pipe length, to change from mid length headers to LT headers. So you get the original collectors and the ones i got made.
No warranty. But they are currently fitted to my car. If any one is located in Australia Brisbane they can come view the pipes today or tomorrow. I have nothing to hide.
If the buyer isnt happy with the product because they got buyers remorse thats not my fault. Its like going into MacDonalds, you buy a chicken burger, even though its the same 24/7 today you didnt like it can you get a refund, NO. If product is damaged, i wouldnt sell it. If the product is faulty, i would bin it. So what you are asking here is, if i buy something then i get a change of heart can i give it back, NO. We are willing to buy the headers at the asking price as long as you provide an Email stating that they are cargraphic brand headers (and that they are not a replica) and you include the paperwork you say was included with your purchase that has the cargraphic logo on them.

 

as a seller i refuse to deal with you powerchip. i would rather burn my headers then take a dollar from you. and who ever buys my headers will get the required paperwork.

Powerchip - Honestly mate, just shut up. I am not sure of your position at Powerchip, but if you worked for me and represented my company in the way you have represented Powerchip in this thread, you'd get the sack first thing tomorrow morning when you came in. If you want to know what is a great way to ruin a brand, you need to document your actions in this thread and then write it into a book.

I can understand what you're saying about this whole Car Graphic / replica thing, but you've made your point that its a replica and everyone has seen that, but now you're just being a dick about it all. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Harun - If the headers and mid pipes fit the factory muffler back exhaust without cutting/welding, I'd consider purchasing them. If you can find out for me, that would be great.

Powerchip (or whoever is working for them posting here) is showing bad attitude and unprofessional behavior at it's finest. If I was considering getting anything from Powerchip, these posts made here would have totally changed my mind.

Several tuners on MBWorld as sponsors have shown such a classless, tasteless, and uncaring behavior like never seen before. How do they stay in business? As a business owner, these behaviors are usually the kiss of death by word of mouth.
