Indiana....anyone able to remove or raise speed limiter in my '07 E63?

Indiana....anyone able to remove or raise speed limiter in my '07 E63?
So I live in the Indy area, and am in need of a shop that can go into my STAR system and remove or bump up my speed limiter so that it stops getting in my way. I want to know how fast this car can really go, and the speed limiter is ruining my fun. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

actually been trying to do this work together with my friend who was working as auto repair mechanic in one of the best indiana auto repair shop. this is our plan, but our project is still on process. i gonna let you know if we succeeded in this project.
