My CLK Buddy,

Does the Rear Seat Fold Down, went to the dealer and they did not know how? The head rest come up and down via the truck release can't make the seats fold down Can it?

open the trunk..look up along along the top edge of the body and you will see a left and right red lever...each one operates the left and right seat back.

Time to find a new dealer. If they can't lower the rear seats, how can they possibly fix any mechanical issues? If they can lower the seats (how couldn't they?) but were just being jerks or lazy (or both), that's the type of customer relations that give dealers a bad name.

If the dealer is that sharp they probably mistook your coupe for a convertible, in which case, your seats would not fold down.

Know they give preferences the latest model Mercedes with warranty. When our model year are off their website, going to be worst.
