Sound goes away at end of clip.
Sound familiar to anyone?
Should i wait till it happens again and kill a/c as well as turn steering wheel?

It's hard to tell from the video, but it could be the secondary air injection pump, which is part of the emissions control system (P/N 000-140-57-85). It'll whine for ~30 seconds when the car is first started, then you can hear it spin down when it stops.
