brake service opinions
new user here, i have a very low mileage(10k miles) 2006 cls55. i was wondering what others thoughts/experiences are on servicing the brakes? ie fluids, etc.. dealers will bring this up(also had them do it on an audi) but they are obviously in the business of making money. i've gone 10 years on a couple other non mb cars i've owned that were also lightly used without issues. any input appreciated.

Brake fluid absorbs water from the air and this deteriorates the brake system components. It happens regardless of use of the car. So it is considered prudent to replace the brake fluid in a car every 2 years to prevent corrosion of the expensive Master Cylinder as well as corrosion in the caliper cylinders and brake lines.
