Nop its a fuse issue!
Turn car and radio off.
Go to your trunk on driver side. Remove the cover. You will see a big fuse held by an orange connector. Remove the fuse Put it back in securely. Try the radio it should work.
Not sure why this happens but it happened to me a couple of times as well
