Sell your parts individually and put the car in original shape. You will make more money out of it. Your modded car to me if I want to buy it is only worth about $23,000. For trade in value, you will probably get way less than $23,000. My CLK Black Series was quoted by the dealer for only $45,000. It only has 15,000 miles on it.

Will be sad to see this beast go.
Given the current mileage I would say around 30K.
Would be better if you part out the car.

Whats next on the list Fares?
I know you were talking about a 997TT at one point.

I don't want to waste time parting the car I feel lazy lol
I'd love to get 997TT but not now
I'm not going away from M156

Your car looks great by the way.
I know it has a lot of miles but I do not believe $23K to be even close to the right number
Doing a quick search online will show that the cheapest C63 asking price is $38K.
I agree that selling the custom parts individually will lead you more money but if you do not feel like it, then understand you will not get any extra money for your upgrades. At least you should try to sell your wheels, that is an easy swap.
Unless you are going to sell to an enthusiast, your upgrades are not worth anything. If you are staying in the same family, the MB dealer will probably actually tell you it reduces the value of the car. Don't get discouraged.
I would venture to say that you should be able to get at least low 30s if you try to sell it on your own.
It is not worth talking about a trade in value as we all know dealers play the game with the new car you are buying from them. What you have to look is the differential of $$ you are paying.
Not sure if California is the same way but in FL, when you trade it reduces the amount of sales tax you owe on the new car. Take that into consideration as well.
My personal experience is that if you do your homework and drive a hard bargain with the dealer of the new car you want, you should not lose much more than a few grand when you trade in versus private sale.
Good luck.

I know $23K won't happen lol

I'm not going to trade in for new car from a dealer I know that I'm going to lose $$
I'll try to sell the as private sale

If someone offered me +$33K I'll sell it right now

Assuming you still have your stock parts, I would say that your best best is to part out - you can definitely pocket some decent coin on those mods! Your trade-in should be somewhere in the $28K-34K range depending on vehicle condition (based on Kelley Blue Book.)

Did you sell off your OEM parts?

Modded to the extent of your car plus the miles will not bring in a good return. As others have stated you should part it out and make probably 5K, restore the car to stock and sell it. You will probably get 30K stock plus the 5K from the parts.

My opinion if you find someone who wants a modded car you will get 30K max with all the mods. You stand to make about 5K more if you part it out.

2010 Irridium Silver MB C63 AMG Sedan
I say if you have the money and the ability, just keep and and keep DD it and continue to have your fun with it, beating on it....and just get what ever else you want new...you have a sweeeeeeeet looking and performing car.

I am planning just to keep my 2010 Irridium Silver because it has all the options and it has the M156 and that way I can still enjoy this engine and not loose money on it because I feel pressured to sell it or turn it back in or interest through the nose. My car is not a garage queen per say but I really take care of it, park out in left field, clear bra'd the whole thing, don't haul unnecessary passengers or garbage around, and I have only 8000 miles on it. I went into buying this car to just keep it because when it was introduced it was one heck of a gorgeous car with that freak power and classy sedan look that I like. It was definitely a keeper in my book. Part of the stable. Bought it showroom FRESH with 11 miles on it. Just spec'd the way I want. Then I will look into other things once they get rid of this 2012 HIDEOUS face lift on the C...but still keep my baby 2010 C63. LOVE the look of this car from every angle unlike the facelift. And my car has been built like a tank.

Hey Fares, try to put it up on Autotrader or Cars.com.
If someone wants a bad *** C63 with a great price, then this is it.

Don't get me wrong, your car really look nice. I love how you put it together. The reason I said I would buy it for $23,000 because your car is modded and you have already put in so much mileage. I would think that the engine has probably taken a lot of beat and warranty is probably expired. I would be scared to buy a heavily modded car with such a high mileage. If it is a stock car, I would rather buy so I can modded on my own. Just my thought!

No chance on that price.

More like 70-80K on a CLK BS.

At retail, but if they are only offering 45k wholesale, looks like prices are starting to drop. Or it was just a random dealer low ball.

A dealer trying to rob you blind.

On trade you will get probably 60K on a CLK BS. Maybe higher depending on what you are getting into.

After he appraised my CLK Black Series for only $45,000, I told him to find me one with the same price and I will buy it right the way. Idiot!

Folks in Dubai would ****** that up and probably pay you more than you're asking for it...if you could figure out how to export it.
