Opinions on a W216 CL600
What do you all think of the CL600? I'm thinking of replacing the E55 with one. I worked out a decent deal on an 08 with 58k for 50K + tax and fees. The car is so freakin nice inside that I want it pretty bad.

Those V12 Twin turbo are monsters only with ECU tune !

It's an upgrade on every single level, except for number of doors.

Buy it, throw an ECU/TCU tune on it, and go run low 11s.

You won't regret it.

216 CL600 came out in 2007. I think the 215 CL is much nicer looking exterior but go for what you like. If you do purchase, get a warranty. Maintenance costs on the CL600 can make a Ferrari owner wence.

215 CL exterior > 216 CL exterior

But

216 Interior is a work of art next to the ancient looking 215 interior

From all I have seen it will be my next car, CL600 with AMG package.

Get one that's well cared for, put the DIY SPEEDRIVEN 800 HP kit with some cooling mods on it and you will have a beast.

My 7 year old wants me to keep the 55 since I just got it running again recently. Looks like I'll just keep the beast til I can find a good 65 instead.
