the funny thing is the trunk in the normal coupe is already huge

I think CLS's trunk is way smaller than CL's.

a total of only three bodies in the CLS is not that impressive imo (tested with my boss's 550.. yes he let me)

to my dismay my elderly W220 will swallow six tenderly corpses.. eight if you stack em (this.. also tested)

Why? The coupe' is far better looking and there are plenty of vehicles with far better utility. Are you really going to race someone with your wife/kids & the car and boot full of plants and potting soil?

Same here--love the E-Estate more.

By the way, I have heard Bimmer is thinking of doing a 4-door 6-series wagon in response to this CLS shooting brake thing. Can't you imagine?! Look all these automakers metamorphasizing variants into each other. Now you have coupe-sedan-wagon all rolled into one.

To tell you the truth--I don't like the way things are heading.

give it some time guys.... We havent even seen amateur photos of it yet.... the stock photos for a lot of cars look fugly.... personally, I dont think this is gorgeous, but it looks better than the fugly Panamera
