I'm getting a springy bong strut shock weird noise coming from the rear only when we hit a good size bump. Does the awd systems take a different type of suspension tune up? Do you think the noise I'm hearing is an awd issue or suspension/shock/strut problem? C240 has 95,000 miles. Thanks

nice....
not sure if just replacing the shocks would help. there must be more to the rear suspension than just shocks and or springs.....

I had similar sound, ended up it was a broken spring (rear passenger side). Last ring was broken and the sound was when the spring would expand, slipping past the broken ring.

That's the exact location of where our noise is coming from. are you required to change both Springs or can you just change the rearrangement right spring?
