Now, after what ive found 2day in my clk its got to be a lemon :(
Well, lemme introduce firstly what has gone wrong with my clk
Its a 99 320 convertible. 10400 miles to date
The first month the top hydralics BLEW oil went all over,
My ignition just failed one day and that needed replacing
Sometimes my car just shifts into neutral when i hit the kickdown point.
Other times when i accelerate it hits the rev limiter and starts bouncing
NOW i look at my trunk brake lights today and i find that one side has NO light assembly even there, there is metal that is notched which is supposed to be removed, and this shows its been missing since the factory.
What do u all think, is this common?

That's incredible. You really seem to have a "bad" one. Did you take this up with the dealer? With the problems you are having...someone at the dealership would seem to be very concerned.
And yes..."Lemon Laws" vary from state to state. Some states really don't have 'lemon laws'.
Best to check the internet....or make a quick call to an attorney.

REGARDING YOUR REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY
on side is supposed to be empty the otherside should have one light which is your rear fog light.. if you turn on your fog lights it will come on if you push in your headlight switch it will go off..!!!
