Lately when I used Comand to search for a POI via the online search I get a time out while trying to establish an internet connection. My phone is clearly connected to the car with good service readings.... Is there something Im missing here because I like to use this option alot when going places I have not been. (vs googling it on my phone and manually entering).

If my memory serves me correctly, Comand actually has to establish a link with a server in Germany and the response is from the Father Land. Awful. Same as with my 2013 SL550. Mercedes Benz Customer Service told me that was why the connection was so awful and intermittent.

Thanks John, that truly is pathetic while my M5 can do an online search literally seconds after I start the car. I did get an MBrace Tech on the line and we tried a few trouble shooting processes to no avail.
