Does anyone know whether or not the exhaust tips from either a w205 c63, or from the A45/CLA45 will bolt on the same way the stock ones do? I know they are removable with a few bolts, just dont know if its the same exact interface... I really like the split/4 piece look on my buddies new edition 1 c63s coupe... just wanted to know if anybody has removed their tips, or has a pic of them off the car for reference? These are the ones I want to replace them with... these are from a stock A45...

You can do it with existing tips that is on your car,by welding a s/s 10 mm bar in middle.

There is a thread from a member on this forum that said he was not able to make it work but there is a thread from a vendor with picture and the vendor said they used the A45 tips???
Would love to know as well as I like the A45 tip better.

your pic looks like thee same setup as a SL63 65. They arent connected to the exhaust, they are just a funnel for the smoke, it looks like any of that type will interchange

wont fit, Allen tried it with the A45, must be fabricated or go with the renntech tips (also custom made)

Thanks for the info. Does renntech sell the tips? Didnt see them on their website.

Its custom made to order. You would have to call renntech and brace yourself for the AMG tax lol
