Small: 24" x 1 1/2" x 4 3/4". End tank will add 1" on each side. Dual pass. 3/4" inlet/outlet.
Large: 27 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 5 1/2". End tank will add 1" on each side. Dual pass. 3/4" inlet/outlet.
All heat exchanger are pressure tested at 10-15 psi. You will have to do some drilling into the tabs and the crash brace for install.
If we can get 10 people to commit, each heat exchanger will be $299 plus shipping!!

did you guys ever get the numbers on these? I'm picking up an 05 E55 and figured the heat exchanger would be one of the mods I'd like to pursue. What's the main difference in the two you're showing?

The difference is the size. E55 would be the large.
Getting this installed currently
Theshops going to try find a spot for it with stock unit remaining in place. Also going to split the cooling with a custom fabricated res setup in front of the radiator somewhere. Ill report back with findings/success later this week.
