This 500e is a two-owner example that is completely stock and drives and performs as new, even smells new. Clean CarFax. All equipment functions as designed. I even sent the original Becker radio off to be repaired and now works perfect. Original exterior paint exhibits some frontal rock chips and several small dings. No rust can be identified anywhere, including in the vulnerable battery/trunk area. The interior is nearly perfect with a new OE headliner and just several minor nicks in front and rear center console wood. All leather surfaces are as new and very soft . Most importantly, all of the following has been completed within last 1000 miles and costing nearly $20k.

If you are looking for a 500e this is the one, everything has been addressed and ready to be driven or stored in your collection. These cars are becoming harder to find in original condition and its not surprising with only 1500 being imported to the USA.

The car looks and sounds very nice. You are correct in saying not many are left in good original shape.

There is a E500E only website where you might also want to advertise it....search for www.500Espot.com.

Just one note to mention...the euro-spec lights you installed are for a regular W124 320E or 400E, the 500E lights from europe are specific to the car, they have the entire interior of the light assembly chromed out, regular W124 lights are just gray on the insides and will not have the 500E's driving lights inboard, instead they have fog lights.
