Recently the headlights (really all of the exterior lights as well as the interior dashboard back light) stopped working when the rotating switch to the left of the steering wheel is turned on. If you jiggle it, the lights flicker and maybe some will come on but it's not consistent.

I need to know how I can take it apart so I can get at in in order to repair or replace it.

Is this done through the interior of the car or does it have to be accessed from underneath?
