Double Din Steering Controls
Hi, I must apologize, I am new to this sort of thing.
I bought a Chinese double din radio and I need help with a few of the wires.
I have a Mercedes A Class 150 (W169), and I would like to know where the Key Study (SW1 and SW2) wires go to make the steering controls work, or perhaps whether I may need to buy a separate component.
After doing a bit of research I learned that the ground wire (black) needs to connect to the negative... I think... but works in conjunction with the steering controls
Also, please could you tell me what the orange 'BACK' wire does?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Here is the picture below, sorry for the bad quality.

To retain use of the steering wheel controls, you may need an adapter, e.g.
