Hope someone can assist.

Several years ago, I installed an iTronics unit in my 2005 Mercedes C240, and it worked flawlessly. I had the battery in my car replaced, and now I get a "No Phone" message when trying to use my phone. The unit connects to my phone's bluetooth, but my car's system does not recognize that the iTronics is attached, i.e. I place a call, but I cannot hear anything through the phone, nor do I hear anything through the car's sound system.

I tried unplugging the device and plugging it back in, but to no avail.

Sincerely appreciate any guidance anyone can provide.

No one has had such an issue and been able to resolve it? Been without the phone use for over a year now, someone please help.
