Metra Harness numbers, 70-9401, and 70-1784

Metra Harness numbers, 70-9401, and 70-1784
I have a bit of a road block installing the new head unit in my 2000 ML430 (non bose). When I went on Crutchfield they suggested Metra Harness Part Number 70-1784 and when I went straight to Metra's website it suggests Metra Harness Part Number 70-9401. When I look at the pictures the two parts look identical. Anyone know the difference, or which is correct?

After many phone calls and tracking down some answers, turns out the 70-9401 is right for the Mercedes.
As for the 70-1784 it will work but you have to swap the red and yellow wires around.
