Those part numbers are for a new "S" class which uses the MOST fiber optic network. All W203s have the D2B network which is incompatible. The connectors and interface are all different.
Send me an E-mail address that can handle large file sizes (3.5MB) and I can send you the install bulletin for your W203. Let me know what year and model you have. The parts lists are included in the back. If your phone service is with Verizon or Sprint you need to be aware of some changes to the cradle. Paul
