09 E350 Incentives $$$

A heads up for anyone interested on a 09 E350. There is a total of $5231 incentives on the 09s . My dealer had called me to let me know that these incentives were now available. My 06 lease is coming to a close and I had been working numbers with my dealer and since the residuals had dropped and no incentives, I pretty much was giving up on Mercedes. Now it's back to table.

wait a minutes... I just for the fun of it put in the figures for an 09 E350 with 15k miles, 0 down and a purchase price of 51k term of 2 years. My payment was shown at 1,690. That has the worlds lowest residual! Likely true but who will lease that car for that much? This is why bmw took a 300m hit on lease writedowns last year and why MB is about to start jacking up lease pricing.

I like my 445 (with tax) for a 54k car with 15k miles a year (0 down). 1690 Im driving S550. Heck my S63 is only 2900 and its a 145k car.
