Mercedes Benz Financial

Will not work with you ,
Does not care about your past payment history, your brand loyalty
uses tricks and lies to collect payments, mostly lies
denies there are any economic troubles

Fact is those of us who purchased, leased during the bubble are getting royally screwed on our lease structure, loan etc. I needed just a tad bit of help when my company lost 175k over a 5 month strike, what do they do???

Thanks for the 10 years 300k in biz plus two fleet trucks at 90k, I know losing me as a customer matters not as you are a multinational powerhouse, immune to the current world economy.

No way will I ever use this finance arm again, not that they would care.

Mercedes - Benz Financial is truly lacking in the customer retention department. Watch what happens in 12 months when all the 2007 cars come off lease with the ridiculous residuals, talk about a buyers market and a sellers nightmare
