Surprisingly, I have been quoted a lower money factor on a 36 month lease of a 2009 S550 4Matic than what you posted. I just noticed this in your post:

Can you expound on this a bit? Are your numbers for a particular region, an average, or something else? I've been using your information on different forums for quite some time and just noticed the note at the bottom of your post for the first time.

A region can offer a different rate if they are trying to move a particular vehicle that may be heavy in inventory. Make sure they are quoting you MBC and not a bank or other finance source.

Thanks, that's a good point. Just looking at leasecompare.com I figured there was no way it was a bank since the money factors are significantly higher otherwise.

My point is just that. I missed this comment at then end:

"Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms."

I'm surprise with the money factor rates for the 2009 E550....especially the 36-48 month lease term. I hope to see those rates next year when I turn in the E350 but by then the new models will arrive.
