MB Financial security deposit?

Hi,

Does anyone know what the actual costs of starting a lease with MB financial are? From what I gather the inception fee is $795 but is there anything else? It seems like I am getting conflicting information from dealers with some charging me a security deposit and others not charging a security deposit. Is there some program where they can markup the money factor and waive the security deposit?

Thanks.

Send a message via AIM to LeaseCompare
Here is the basic information you need to evaluate a lease offer.

MSRP
Purchase Price
Net Capitalized Cost
Residual Value or Percentage
Money Factor
Term
Mileage Allowance

Make sure you compare what the dealer offers to an independent source like LeaseCompare.com.

I appreciate you trying to help but that's not what I asked. I asked specifically for Mercedes Benz Financial leases whether there are any fees besides the inception/acquisition fee, e.g. a security deposit. With other banks the security deposit can be waived for a money factor adder so I am wondering what the deal is with Mercedes.

On mine, no security deposit

At least on my lease, they did not require a security deposit and there was not (to my knowledge) an increase in the money factor as a result. I have a very good credit rating, so I don't know if that made a difference. There also did not appear to be a mark up on the MF by the dealer from the MB lease rate. I was also talking to BMW dealers at the same time who were always trying to mark up the MF to the max they were permitted, so I noticed.
